Dennis is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of governance in the information services industry. He was a senior executive with a global infotech, the founder of Intuto, a Learning Management System company, and the co-founder and director of Dacreed, a SaaS platform business focused on the financial services sectors. A prolific author, Dennis is skilled in business planning, entrepreneurship, editing, educational technology, and team building.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Auckland Law School and was an accredited journalist with the New Zealand Herald and the National Business Review.

Josephine Yu is a chartered accountant in Australia and New Zealand, chartered accountant in the United Kingdom, a partner of a CPA firm in New Zealand and Australia. She has completed private venture capital PEVC executive program at Harvard Business School. She is also an investor of various Australian and New Zealand Private Venture Capital funds, a member of the New Zealand institute of directors and sits on a few Boards.

Paul has over three decades experience in financial markets with a career spanning three countries. Paul spent 15 years trading derivatives on the London International Financial Futures Exchange (now known as ICE Futures Europe and owned by the Intercontinental Exchange). Following a period in Ireland, Paul settled in New Zealand in 2002, where he gained experience across investment advisory services, financial planning, fund management and compliance. Paul is currently engaged by Trustees Executors, who provide supervisory services to some of New Zealand’s major fund management firms. Paul will be relocating to Melbourne in May 2024.

Paul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Waikato.
